First Object Creation, Picture Loss and Rambling

So, the day started off with the realization that all the pic I've thought I was taking over the last several play sessions weren't being taken. :/  My own fault. This was discovered after a long absorbed session where I was trying to take shots to then turn into custom paintings, the final session of which resulted in a gorgeous and perfect pose that made me want to jump around the house like a little kid.

Of course all the shots I took I didn't actually take but luckily since printscreen is the hot key, the last shot was actually on the clipboard!

Following that sadness I decided that I wanted to learn to recolor paintings finally now that I'm getting better with GIMP and my youngest child plays a little more independently and I can actually focus for whole minutes at a time.

Of course every link I got on google led to a site that was under mantainence! LOL  Except TSR. Blah. So anyhow, many hours later -interspersed with motherhood, daughterhood and housework - I managed my very first recolor for the sims LOL A real wedding photo.




That pose was fantastic and I know how I got her where she is, but his was an idle anim I caught him in and used the freeze clock on him. (love that thing) I will have to keep myself from being too distracted by pic taking though because my goal has been to actually play through generations for once!
